Detailed Baby Sleep Rescue Plan questionnaire responses and generated personalised plans are generally retained for up to 6 months after delivery so that we can provide customer support, investigate problems and resend or correct a plan where necessary.
Certain limited records may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary to demonstrate consent, maintain transaction and accounting records, handle complaints or disputes, comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Where information is no longer required, we will delete or appropriately anonymise it.

Health infomation
Some questionnaire responses may contain information concerning your baby's health. Health information receives additional protection under UK data-protection law.
Where this information is necessary to provide the personalised Baby Sleep Rescue Plan you have requested, our Article 6 lawful basis is the performance of our contract with you. Where we process health information as special-category personal data, we rely on your explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a).
