By purchasing the Baby Sleep Rescue Plan, you agree to these terms.

2. The Baby Sleep Rescue Plan
The Baby Sleep Rescue Plan is a personalised digital sleep-support plan created using information you provide through our questionnaire.
The plan is intended to help you understand your baby's current sleep patterns and provide practical, age-appropriate ideas that may help you work towards more manageable nights.
It does not guarantee that your baby's sleep will improve, that night waking will stop, or that your baby will sleep through the night.
3. How personalisation works
After purchasing, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire about matters including your baby's age, sleep, settling, naps, feeding, what you have previously tried and your preferences.
Your answers are processed using automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to help generate your personalised plan.
The usefulness of the plan depends partly on the completeness and accuracy of the information you provide.
4. Artificial intelligence
Calmer Nights uses artificial intelligence as part of the process used to generate personalised Baby Sleep Rescue Plans.
AI-generated content is constrained by our evidence, safety and decision-making framework. However, artificial intelligence can make mistakes and the plan should not be treated as medical or professional healthcare advice.
5. Not medical advice
Calmer Nights provides educational sleep information and sleep-support guidance only.
It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and is not a substitute for advice from your GP, health visitor, paediatrician or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
If you are concerned about your baby's health, feeding, breathing, growth, development or wellbeing, seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional.
Where urgent medical attention may be required, seek appropriate urgent or emergency medical assistance.
6. Safer sleep
The Baby Sleep Rescue Plan is designed to prioritise recognised safer-sleep principles.
You should always follow current safer-sleep guidance applicable to your baby and circumstances.
Nothing in your plan should be interpreted as overriding advice provided by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
7. Sleep training and settling approaches
Where appropriate for the baby's age and circumstances, a plan may discuss different settling or sleep-support approaches.
Recommendations will take account of information and preferences provided through the questionnaire where possible.
You remain responsible for deciding whether a particular approach is suitable for your family and should stop and seek appropriate professional advice if you have concerns about your baby's health or wellbeing.
8. Price and payment
The price displayed at checkout is the total price payable for the Baby Sleep Rescue Plan unless clearly stated otherwise.
The current introductory price is £9.99 as a one-off payment.
There is no subscription or recurring payment unless explicitly stated before purchase.
Payment is processed by Stripe. Calmer Nights does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card details.
9. Digital delivery
Following payment, you must complete the Calmer Nights questionnaire before your personalised plan can be generated.
Your plan will be delivered digitally to the email address you provide.
Delivery may occasionally be delayed by technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If you do not receive your plan, please contact us.
10. Cancellation rights and immediate supply
The Baby Sleep Rescue Plan is personalised digital content intended to be generated and supplied shortly after you complete the questionnaire.
Where required by applicable consumer law, before supply of digital content begins during a statutory cancellation period, we will request your express consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgement of the effect this has on your cancellation rights.
Nothing in these terms removes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Money-back guarantee
In addition to your statutory rights, Calmer Nights offers a voluntary money-back guarantee.
If you receive your personalised Baby Sleep Rescue Plan and do not find it useful, contact us at hello@calmer-nights.com within 14 days of receiving your plan and request a refund.
We will refund the amount paid for the plan to the original payment method.
You do not need to demonstrate that your baby's sleep failed to improve. The guarantee relates to your satisfaction with the usefulness of the plan, not to a guaranteed sleep outcome.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
12. Results
Babies and families are different and sleep can be affected by many factors.
We therefore cannot guarantee specific results, including longer sleep stretches, fewer night wakings, easier settling or increased parental sleep.
Examples of potential benefits on our website describe possible outcomes rather than guaranteed results.
13. Intellectual property
Your personalised plan is supplied for your personal and household use.
You may save and print your plan for your own use but must not reproduce, resell, publish or commercially distribute it without permission from Calmer Nights.
14. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Calmer Nights is not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen when the contract was formed or losses resulting from information supplied inaccurately or incompletely by the customer, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms applying to your purchase will be those made available when you place your order.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom. Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of any mandatory protections available to them under applicable law.
18. Immediate supply of digital content
By purchasing the Baby Sleep Rescue Plan and asking us to begin creating and supplying your personalised digital content immediately, you expressly agree that supply may begin before the end of the 14-day cancellation period.
You acknowledge that once supply of your personalised digital content begins, you will lose your statutory right to cancel the digital-content contract.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet applicable legal requirements, and it does not affect the separate Calmer Nights 14-day money-back guarantee.
